The Hoffmann have gone through quite a bit recently. Let's start with the my new job. I applied for Med/PIP adjuster position in the company but I knew it was a long shot since you need a bachelors degree (but since I was so close to graduate I decided to apply). To my surprise I got the job! An even more surprising news they needed me to move to Davie, FL (20 min from my hometown). Jonathan and I were excited over the news. We have been wanting to move back for a while now. At first I was 100% on board but then started feeling doubt. Jonathan did not have a "sure" job and I was going to leave my family behind. But since I am very indecisive I was not that alarmed. On a ward temple night, I felt a very different type of uncertainty and as couples prayed for an answer to our decision to move. The next day my supervisor told me that they actually needed me here but the position in Davie was still open. She told me they would like me to stay but it was ultimately my decision. We decide to stay in Orlando for now. So the Hoffmann are not moving for now.
We learned a lot from this experience. We love and trust our Heavenly Father and are so grateful that he guides us and loves us!
In October I finally graduated with my Bachelor degree! Woohooo! It took me longer than I expected but I did it ;). The only thing is the University only has 1 graduation ceremony a year in May. So I do not officially have the "whole" experience until May 18. But I am done with school (for a while at least). We went out to dinner to celebrate! Now I have free time after work to work on projects, cook yummy things again, exercise, read novels, and all those things I was limited on doing when I had to do school work. Jonathan also benefits since now its his turn just to focus on school and work.
My job also flew my to California for a two week training, but that is another post its self!
We also went to the Disney's Hollywood Studios Spectacle of Lights. Ever since my dad began working at Disney we are invited to the preview night for the spectacle of lights. Basically the park is closed only for Disney cast members and its the first time the have the spectacle of lights on. A whole section in the park is filled with Christmas lights that dance with Christmas music plus Disney magic ;) It has become a tradition for us every year to enjoy the show of lights, hot chocolate, cookies and the fake snow! Its l like the official start to the Holidays. We love the HOLIDAYS!! :)
