For memorial weekend we decide to go to Miami. It was our best friend birthday! At first we were not going to go. Boys are less sentimental when it comes to BFFs (i think at least)…I just really wanted to be there for my best friend, so Jonathan understood and we decided to go. We actually "surprised" her at the beach! Damaris is very special person to me, i have know her for more than 10 years and what makes our friendship so special is that we have shared so many special things together. It just so happens she married Jonathan's best friend :) it works so perfect.
We had a sunny beautiful day at the beach. At night we went to a restaurant to celebrate the May babies’ birthdays. This trip was also special because I meet my new baby cousin Angel John (AJ). He is one week in this picture. So fragile and perfect. On Memorial Day we went to the new Marlins Park. It was a blast! From parking and walking to the stadium to driving back. We always have so much fun with the Galindo, Huici, Dawson and Quintana. We love them! The Marlins won this game! It was so nice being able to watch a Marlins baseball game, it reminded me of when I lived in Miami and we used to go with my dad. Also in May was our wards Talent Show. The young men and women wanted to do Thriller for their performance. So we rehearsed and made our outfits. They did a great job! So proud of them :)
