5 year anniversary

I still can't believe it's been five years! I am so blessed to have him in my life! I know that I can be difficult at times but he is always there for me. When I get frustrated or sad he reminds me of our many blessings.

As our anniversary month got closer I started writing down things that made Jonathan such a special husband.

1. He makes me laugh everyday. He never cares about making a fool of himself. He just acts likes himself regardless of what people may think. Which usually means being silly!

2. He always texts me on his lunch time to tell me how good the lunch I cooked for him was.  He is just a grateful person. Many people are grateful but he is always verbally grateful. He always wants to let me know. It's a great feeling to be appreciated.

3. He watches Disney movies with me. Not only does he love Disney, he enjoys movies regardless how "girly" they can be. He just loves feel good movies and never minds watching them with him. I never have to worry! It makes me happy that can watch any movie I want with my husband.

4. He always gives me the window seat when we fly. He knows I really like the window seat so I can sleep and look at the window we travel. He knows the middle seat is the most annoying one but he rather him seat there so I can get the window seat. He always gives me the best and I love him for that.

5. He buys me white flowers. He remembers little details about the things I like. He knows I like white flowers but also knows that one of my favorite flower is a pink peony. I know I am super complicated girl but he takes mental notes and sometimes knows what I want before I do. He completes me.

The list goes on and on but these were my favorite special things that make him such an amazing husband.

So this year for our 5 year anniversay we spent it with my family in Rexburg, ID. We went to this cute little restaurant called The Hickory.

We always try to plan a nice vacation for our anniversary but something always happens that we take another route. But the blessing of being married for eternity is we have so many more years left to plan something! :)
