Anyways enough history, I wondered if Hmong people had heard the gospel? I found out they have, there are LDS Hmongs! This gospel is so wonderful and I love that it just keeps growing. However, there are still people in this world that have never even heard of the gospel. Then I thought "what would my world be without the gospel??" I can't imagine it. I would be too sad.
I am so grateful for being born in the gospel. I am grateful for the callings I have had in the church and for the wonderful leaders that have helped me. I am extremely grateful for living so close to the temple! For having been sealed for time and eternity to my wonderful hubby. I am so grateful for my parents always enforcing the gospel in our home. The gospel really brings joy!
I taught a class to the young women from my ward, I mentioned how I have a co-worker that is going through a very hard time and she always tells me that I am so lucky because I have the "perfect" life. I try to advice my co-worker, that those trails she has are learning experiences and she decides if it is going to knock her down or make her stronger. I told my young women, the life my co-worker admired I worked for it since I was their age. The gospel will help you have the life everyone wants. I may not have the same problems as my co-worker but I do have my own
“God is what He is because He knows everything. And the beautiful thing—perhaps the thing I love most about the gospel—is that everything we learn we can use and take with us and use it again. No bit of knowledge goes wasted. Everything you are learning now is preparing you for something else. Did you know that? What a concept!”
