We recently went on a Disney Cruise with the whole family! (another check off the bucket list) My whole family are huge fans of Disney anything and this was our first time on DCL. This was the most magical experience ever! From beginning to end!
We were introduced as family once we enter the ship and then had our personal staff give us information on the available dinning rooms, activities etc. We decided to have lunch at the Enchanted Garden. It was a beautiful room designed after the picturesque gardens of Versailles. The ceiling in the room changes as the days goes on from morning to sunset to night.
Our first day we had a sail away party with of course all the Disney Characters!!!
Because we were celebrating Jonathan's birthday they decorated the room and gave him a cake! He was super excited and happy!
The first night we had dinner at the Royal Palace which is the fancier dinning room on the ship. This room is inspired by classic Disney films like Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast and its cuisine is French-inspired. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server was name Valter from Portugal! This is also the night we decided to take our family pictures!
