This month first exciting event is always my mom's birthday. She turned 50 ! (I hope she doesn't kill me for saying her age lol).

For her birthday we went to a celebratory dinner at Bahama Breeze on Saturday and had a "parrilla" on Sunday cooked by Jonathan. He is so good at it. It was a very Hoffmann parrilla with the typical seasoning and meat options.  It reminded me of when I was Jonathan's girlfriend and I was invited for Sunday lunches at his house. My mom loved the food and made her feel super special that Jonathan grilled it all for her.  We also skyped with my sisters and cut her a cake. Thank goodness for technology we can all always connect on special days.

I love my mom! I am so grateful for her love. She is one special lady :)

This year valentine's was very memorable. We woke early in the morning to go to Jonathan's citizenship ceremony.  I was so emotional. Jonathan has always been an American, not its official. The presentation was so patriotic and beautiful. I feel like because of what is happening in Venezuela right now, I appreciate that he is an American citizen now.

 After a long and expensive process he finally is an American citizen! Hooray! He gets to have a blue passport now LOL.

We went Luma on the Park at Winter Park for lunch which was delicious!!!! I think it was the best lunch I have had for a very long time. The food was exquisite and the place was beautiful. Glad we had a chance to have a special Celebration/Valentine's day lunch together. We said we were not getting each other gifts this year but Jonathan surprised me with Disney Annual Passes. As you know we are Disney lovers but now being APs, its going to take it to a whole another level! lol


At night Jonathan surprised me with going to see Romeo & Juliet ballet. I knew he had something planned just not sure what exactly. So when he told me I was super excited :)

I love the performing arts. Musicals, ballets, any type of performance I love them!

The ballet was beautiful, the orlando city ballet dancers are amazing! I wish I could still dance. I have considered to back to dancing. Its my first love! (maybe in the future) 

 I thank my guy for making Valentines's day so special . We got to dress up nice, enjoy a show and have romantic night together.
