Not your typical Winter

Florida does not have your typical Winter. The weekend before Thanksgiving (I know I already posted a Thanksgiving post) we went to Miami to visit my-in laws and extended family. On Saturday we went out to sea. Jonathan's uncle Teo was kind enough to take us out on his yacht. In the middle of November we went boating!??! One of the perks of being in Florida! And It was perfect weather. Sun shining, fresh breeze, calm waters and beautiful white clouds!



We cruised around in the Atlantic Ocean, we even saw dolphins and jellyfish (not too happy about those). We parked at Fisher Island Club and had lunch and lounged around. It was so relaxing and fun to spend time with Jonathan's family. While docked we decide to play Blokus. Addictive game. We must have played like 10 rounds LOL. Yeah we are all competitive. It was the first time I ever played and loved it! The game makes you really think and come up with strategies which I really love!





We also went on the Jet skis, which is also fun but a little scary when Jonathan drives lol. He said he saw a dolphin right next to us...but I missed it!



Our trip back to the marina was so beautiful. Miami's skyline is beautiful in the day but breathtaking at night. We love Miami!
